Why rebrands fail before the first sketch
When a rebrand goes wrong, the autopsy usually blames the visuals. But the failure almost always happened earlier — in a brief that asked for a new look instead of a new decision.

A brand isn’t a coat of paint. If the business hasn’t resolved what it wants to be famous for, no identity system will rescue it.
Start with the argument, not the artwork. Get the position right and the design becomes obvious. Get it wrong and the prettiest identity in the world just makes the confusion higher-resolution.
